Domino's Pizza

The Pizza was awesome, when arrived they were just taking it out of the oven, it was nice & HOT. I think it was the owners that brought it out to me ( I was at the door) They are so nice and down to earth and very diligent. If you've never been to this particular location, it can be a little confusing at night. But don't worry, its there. It doesn't jump out at you, The entrance to Domino's is between 2 stores. Imagine a triangle shape, 2 sides are the other stores and Domino's is the POINT. I hope that makes sense. Fantastic pizza. I personally go for the Handmade Pan crust. 😁

Pretty great pizza. Ordered a pan pizza not quite sure what to expect from the crust. It was a little thicker but with extra cheese, pepperoni, and sausage I inhaled my medium pie that afternoon and washed it down with some Sprite. With 2L of soda, it came out to be about 20 bones. Through the app, the service was extremely fast and my order was taken care of in less than 20 minutes. I was kind of disappointed at first upon walking in to find they don't have any menus (Just a plastic one without the prices listed). The lady at the counter read off the prices and each of the items before I relented and just went with the app. But please put a menu up for walk in customers. Great pizza chain and extremely fast service.

Today 5/10 half an hour before my birthday I decided to celebrate my self with my favorite pizza from Domino’s. After 5 minutes from placing my order I received a phone call from Domino’s to cancel my order. I responded; “no problem, I can wait”. But the Domino’s representative simply said; “No, we are canceling your order because we have too many orders” and hang up on me. Rude and disrespectful. Rude and disrespectful to a loyal customer. This is my second bad experience ordering from Domino’s. The first one was on March 24th. The delivery guy did not have change on him. I told him we could call the store and paid over the phone with my credit card, they never answered the phone. Then I told him. “If you want take the $$$ and bring me the change later”! Which he agreed and took off! Meanwhile I opened the pizza box, and for my surprise, 😮 the pizza wasn’t what I usually I am used to get, hot and delicious pizza! The pizza looked like if it was dropped and flipped at the same time. And he didn’t tell me about it. Like if I wasn’t going to find out. It made sense his response when I asked him to come back with my change! The worst was when he came back. I showed him the pizza and I asked him why he didn’t tell me! I was so upset and hungry that when he handed me my change I did not count it. I didn’t give him a tip. After he left I count the change and he only gave me back $40.00. He tipped himself a very good tip. Usually I get a 3 topping pizza and I usually paid between $26-$28. I called the store and they gave me nothing not even an apology.I was going to go to the store, but instead I decided to move on. I gave them a second chance and again I got horrible service. I hope I don’t crave Domino’s anymore! Thank you!

We order Domino's thin crust pizza once a week. The store on Cabrillo Ave in Santa Clara is our go-to for carryout. I hope they never stop offering the carryout coupon, but I wish it were easier to navigate, The order is always correct, and the pizza is hot and fresh. I hope I haven't jinxed tonight's order with this review.

They were extremely disorganized at this location. Tried their curbside pickup and sat in my car with my hazards on for a good 10 minutes before finally deciding to go inside. My food wasn't ready and they made me question whether I was at the right location because my name wasn't familiar to anyone making the food. Once I pulled up my order number and the guy at the front started calling it out, no one said they knew anything about it and I almost left. As I was about to walk out, someone finally locates my order. The food was meh, typical Dominos, it would have been better if it were warmer though.

Terrible experience! Took over 45 minutes to “quality check” our food and get it out to delivery. We live 15 minutes from Domino’s and delivery on app says complete after 39 minutes and it is not delivered. I call the store and she tells me it is delivered. Argues with me that it is delivered and then says she will call her driver. Calls me back and says he is 1/2 mile away. I ask why the app says complete and she told me she doesn’t know but he is almost at your house. Over2 hours for pasta. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not anything like the commercials! Will not order dominos again.

There was this coupon that cut the cost of my 3 topping pan pizza to 7.99. That was a good deal. I don't eat meat, but since it didn't cost extra I put mushroom, pineapple and olives. Strange combination, right? I've enjoyed Domino's for their efficient pizza carry out options. It just works. This location is designed for carry out. This is not a dine in pizza joint. I don't remember the last time I actually eat pizza at a restaurant unless it's one of those fancy pie places that bake their pizza in a wood oven. It's located in the middle of a residential area, so I imagine it's serving all the nearby homes. You know what you're getting and you aren't going to be picky about it.

I ordered a personal pizza last month and I asked for a red pepper packet at checkout. The lady at the counter told me "No more". I'm just wondering if this is too expensive to provide a red pepper packet to the customers or Domino does not care about customers. Other pizza restaurants do provide cheese/pepper packets for FREE. So disappointed!
