Rattler's Bar B Que

Got the tri-tip salad. For the most part, it was good. My only complaint is that the tri-tip had been diced so small that it was hard to get with a fork. I would have preferred it cut into straps for easier stabbing and to get a better flavor of the char and meat. The rolls were garlicky delicious. I could've eaten another couple of those 👍

Placed an order at 6:30, for a tri tip family meal being told it was going to be a hour an a half wait, then after about an hour we got a call by Miranda saying that our food was ready for about an hour, then I get there at 7:50 and the cashier told me it's been ready for about 30 minutes, the food is warm at best nd we let them know that it was just warm and we paid FULL PRICE for food that I requested medium rare and I got medium at best (AND I have to heat it back up so the meat is basically going to be ruined compared to how I ordered it) has been sitting there for a bit, I will not be coming back here and basically wasted $66, hope you are happy with ruining my dinner and night

I like Rattler's for a number of reasons. First, I like the location. They are located on the way, to or from the Antelope Valley. Good parking is always a plus. The food is consitant and delicious. If I am alone, I enjoy sitting at the bar to watch sports, have a draft beer, and all the action going on in the kitchen. Also, this place is really professional with their takeout side of the restaurant. Rattler's has been in business and is very popular in Santa Clarita.

So much meat I’ve gone into a meat psychosis The food is very good the mashed potatoes are good the beans are good the bathroom is good the kitchen is good the roof is good the ceiling is good the tables are good the lamp is good overall the place is very good even the front door 10/10
