Quick Summary Always a good/solid experience at Cheesecake Factory (one of my favorite corporate chain restaurants). Highly recommend to book a reservation in advance on Yelp, because it can get crowded. Bar seating usually available as well if you prefer not to wait as long Food- 4 stars Pretty expansive menu, but I would probably opt for their hamburgers and cheesecakes as their best options. The beef patty is so juicy that it tastes that they grind the meat in-house. Would try to steer away from the steak entrée options Service- 4 stars The servers have been pretty solid every time I'm here. Pretty fast and thorough service. The only knock is at hostess station. Despite having a reservation, I had to check in and wait for a text, checked in again after the text, and then wait again near the hostess station (it's an extra check-in but it could've been more smooth) Ambiance- 4 stars Typical Cheesecake Factory layout with contemporary design, and a dark and cozy dining room vibe Bottom Line Pretty solid food (especially if you get their hamburgers), large portions and good service. It's not spectacular, but you're getting a good dining experience every time

There's an old joke about Cheesecake Factory...despite their quite lengthy, multi-page menu, you can't find anything you want to eat. I'm not sure why that makes sense, but it wasn't my experience ordering delivery from them for dinner. Their full menu is available online, including all their cheesecake slices, AND including entire cheesecakes if you find yourself in a situation where you need an entire cheesecake. (These things happen!) We've been eating at one Cheesecake Factory or another since the dawn of time and we appreciate the generally consistent quality, frequent menu reinventions, and that yummy, yummy bread they give at the beginning. (Even with delivery!) On this particular order, my wife and I shared Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes off the Appetizers menu. (Which got me thinking, what really is the difference between the "Small Plates & Snacks" and "Appetizers" menu???) These were delicious...lots of flavor with nicely sweet tamales. Also, and this time from the Small Plates & Snacks menu, we got the Korean Fried Cauliflower. Also a yummy treat with a unique flavor profile done well. It seems you could eat over and over at Cheesecake Factory and not have the same meal twice...maybe that's the source of the joke...what kind of restaurant is this...American? International, all of the above...Like if you're in the mood for Italian you might pick an Italian restaurant and you'll have a pretty good idea of the dishes and flavor profiles you can choose from. Here you can literally get almost anything...breakfast, Italian, American, Small Plates, Tapas, Pizzas...it goes on and on...so one can understand, after the arduous task of finally deciding where to eat, arriving at Cheesecake Factory and realizing you have so many more decisions to make. Thankfully the quality is universally good so you almost can't go wrong. Choose wisely.

2021.06-01/1200: We happened to be in the area and it's been awhile. We decided to stop in since we haven't physically dined anywhere in over a year and at the Cheesecake Factory at that. We had a great experience. The decor was nice. This place is huge and even better, so were their tables and booths! We were greeted the minute we walked in and there was no wait. Our server was Ryan K. and he was excellent and super attentive. We arrived at the beginning of a lunch rush and it seemed like it was getting pretty busy. I love the set-up of their wait stations. They're concealed pretty well. All the servers were really nice, too. We started with the Calamari and I had the Fresh Grilled Salmon lunch size. ....okay...I couldn't imagine what the dinner size looks like - my plate was huge! My salmon was huge and my broccoli was a large portion and my mashed potatoes were sky high! Fantastic! The Bacon Bacon Burger was beautifully put together and delicious. Only one thing, his fries that came with the burger were cold but that's okay, he didn't feel like eating them anyways because we both were stuffed from the Calamari. That's the only reason why I gave it four stars. Other than that, our cocktails were great! We got two rounds! The Pineapple Ginger Mule and the Bourbon and Honey were perfect! We didn't order dessert because we were stuffed and had quite the drive. All in all, great experience, great server and delicious food. Portions to pricing with certain entrees aren't bad at all!

We haven’t had a chance to go to the Cheesecake Factory since before the pandemic, so this was a real treat. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and we had an amazing meal. I had orange chicken and it is absolutely the best anywhere. Tender and juicy white meat pieces not too heavily breaded and the perfect tart/sweet orange sauce. Everyone was happy with their order and the service was exceptional. Our waitress happened to go to high school with my son and they hadn’t seen each other since graduating, so that was extra special. The cheesecake is still divine. We’re definitely going back.

We went there on a whim. The hostess was not friendly, and thought her mask could hide the fact that she was scowling. We were seated in the bar at a very small table, but did not request the bar, and did not even know there was a separate dining room until later. The server was super friendly and attentive. Answered all of our questions & took our order. He even checked about ingredients for us! The food took more than 45 minutes to arrive though. They tried to make up for the delay by bringing more bread, but other people were being served quickly. I do not know what happened to our order but we did not plan to spend an hour and a half getting a quick lunch. I ordered chicken & broccoli pasta and the sauce was watery and the pasta was like rubber and they really skimped on the chicken & broccoli. The other items were OK. Our server left just before we were finished and the new server was also great. They do have really good servers at this location! The new hostesses at the front were also friendly and acknowledged us as we left. For that reason, I probably would go back and try sitting in the dining room next time and not ordering pasta.

The very first time for my boys at any Cheesecake factory. Definitely made reservations ahead of time, the hostess was not very friendly and seems like they were but upset. Our waitress Jody on the other hand was very pleasant and nice to have. She was the most patient person and answered any questions that were asked. Very helpful with the order. My kids have disabilities that she was able to accommodate to their needs. Wish there were more people like her. Thank you for your time and consideration. Even we don't live near by, willing to make the drive for services by her.
