The Flame Broiler

I used to be a regular here. Fast service, pretty good food. Lately the quality of the food and service hasn't been as good. I also tried ordering ahead over the phone for the first time and had a bad experience. I always order a mini beef bowl, but when I got there to pick up my usual order, the owner-- who I was on the phone with prior-- insisted that I ordered a chicken bowl. I politely told him that I didn't and he started glaring at me and telling me I was wrong. He told the cooks to make me a beef bowl and started bad mouthing me while I was 10 feet away. He rudely handed me my beef bowl and told me to make sure I know what I order next time. We proceeded to call later that day to tell him that his service was poor and he laughed and hung up the phone. The other workers are nice, but the owner is so rude that I don't enjoy going there anymore.

I used to come here on the regular with the old owner (Korean old man )he was a little bit rude but the food was always always good and he hooked it up came by today 9/26/2017 was completely disappointed The quality of the food and the amounts that you got are not the same very disappointed probably not coming back
