Subway

I was at this Subway after a long time and didn’t realize they didn’t carry Honey Oat bread anymore. That was the beginning of my setback since I had to call in for an alternate option. Pablo was exceptional and very patient with my long order. I really appreciated his customer service and will definitely return to this location because it was also very clean!!!

We live a couple blocks from this Subway on Seco. Never going back. Two out of ten times it's made correctly. Tonight I went in and waited for minutes for the girl to finish washing dishes in the back. I ordered two footlong steak and cheese melt sandwiches with double meat. I get normal meat that just covers the top bread piece and four pieces of cheese. The girl adds the additions EIGHT pieces of cheese and tells me she added the four scoops of meat already. Just wanting to go home I paid for my two sandwiches. My $30.00 sandwiches. I explained to her I will never return to this location. I only want what I pay for. Thanks for the skimpy $15.00 each sandwiches! I hope it was worth losing our business!!

I ordered a turkey bacon wrap. Not only did they tell me this did not exist they also felt they should argue with me about changing the meat from chicken to turkey and then they charged me almost $3 more per wrap. For the same price I could literally go sit down at a nice restaurant and not be told how and what to order. We will not be going to this subway again.

0 stars if I could, I just left here on the menu it says free cookie with EVERY meal, then the guy says no only meal of the day, when you go to any other subway they give you it free with a meal, it literally says every meal.... the Indian lady was making both me and my husbands sandwiches at the same time rushing she put ingredients on his that I wanted but he didn’t asked for, my husband asked for his toasted and she ended up toasting both, because she was rushing with us, she barley put any ingredients on my sandwich and charged us extra for cheese ?!? Really. Worst place ever will not come back

Avoid this place. "0" stars. The staff is unfriendly and will charge every extra they can. Ordered a wrap and tried to get it without the tortilla to avoid the carbs. Basically, "Give me a wrap, hold the tortilla". We even offered to pay for the plastic bowl, just to get a wrap without the tortilla. They INSISTED they could not do this, but would have to charge extra for a salad which ended up being more expensive with 1/2 the meat of a wrap and extra charges for ingredients that are included in a wrap but not a salad. Avoid this place. Avoid this place. Avoid this place.

The owner was rude and obnoxious and wouldn’t honor the 399 special of the day which was supposed to be tuna and he insisted it was ham couldn’t explain to me why it was him when it was a tuna sandwich listed on the website. Prior to that I tried calling and asking what the special of the day was to confirm and he hung up on me twice. I wouldn’t return to this place if it was the last subway on earth. Since I don’t know how to make a complaint to corporate office I’m writing this review.
