This is a more authentic Italian pizza place than the usual ones in Canada. The crest was very good to say the least. Great choices on the toppings and the combinations were good. Can see the genuine effort that has gone into it in the results. The pizzas were delicious and looks great too. Great ambience and the servers were friendly as well! The quattro formaggi or the fourcheese pizza was good, the Primavera although vegetarian was great and probably my favorite. The meal combo is also a pretty good option as you can. Go with the soup or salad with the 7' pizza. The tomato bisque soup was very good as well! It's a great place to have good and light pizza easy on the stomach! Good job guys!!

Frist time here for a family supper. Great service and delicious food!! Plus Craft beer on tap. Rebellion and a Collaboration brew btn the restaurant and Parallel 49! Service was fun, friendly and very helpful provided by Marissa and James!!

We just took our children for dinner this evening and our server was great! Super friendly and in no way is my bad review reflecting her service. We wanted to order wine with our meal and she told us the house wine was on for $4 a glass, we said we would get 2 glasses of red. When we received our bill we were charged $21 for the 2 glasses. When we inquired we were told they were ordered after 6. We wondered what that had to do with anything and that’s when a woman who I can only assume was the manager rudely flapped the happy hour menu in front of my husband and told us we need to be more mindful, that we need to pay attention and read. First off, we didn’t even order off the happy hour menu or any drink menu, we were told of the price by our server and at no time were told it was a happy hour price, only that it was on special for $4. It is possible to have drink specials that aren’t happy hour. I did not appreciate explaining our situation to this woman and having her make disgusted faces at us and speak so ignorantly. This is not the proper way to deal with customers who had a simple question about their bill.
She clearly did not want to hear us and understand what truly happened and was so very quick to make assumptions and was just very unprofessional and rude. A nice evening with great food was very quickly soured by this employee’s very poor people skills. This isn’t even about getting money refunded, simply that Famoso, you need to better train certain employees.

Very good for dietary restrictions. They have gluten free crust and vegan cheese. The server got back to me to inform me the pesto sauce contained dairy (she thought to check when I hadn't!), so I was able to change it to have a vegan pizza. Much appreciated.
Gluten free crust is awesome, nice and crispy but not too crunchy or otherwise strange, and still has the delicious signature charring. Easy to take any menu item and adjust it for dietary restrictions, and you can also build your own.
Both the white and red sauces are vegan.
Nice drinks selection, raspberry ginger beer is gluten free and very tasty. Pleasantly surprising that it was quiet around 4 PM.

My family and I went here for lunch. The service was great and the staff was friendly. The food came in reasonable time and was really good. However, my daughter requested her pizza with the gluten-free crust. When our personal pizzas arrived, hers looked like mine. When we asked if it was gluten-free the waitress checked in the kitchen. They HAD made a mistake and brought her the wrong crust. (My daughter has asthma and has a gluten allergy.) The kitchen made another pizza for her. I was really disappointed that they didn't offer even a small discount on the meal. We were even charged for the cost of the gluten-free crust. Is it just me, or do businesses no longer care at all about customer service and quality control?

I rated this 5 stars in the past, unfortunately not anymore. Visited today, new waitress who was snarky. The way she took my order was "What are you ordering" quick and snappy, my son who doesn't typically pick up on poor behaviour looked at me in disbelief and commented on her rudeness. She than proceeded to the manager (who in the past has been great) said some words regarding our table and they both had a chuckle. (Something to do with the size of a pop, kid vs adult) This was enough to make me not want to be there any longer, so I stood up with my kids, told her to cancel our order and went to leave. The manager looked confused (as she obviously didn't see I heard and watched the two of them and wouldn't have known how the waitress treated me while she took our order) so I told her the waitress was rude. We will not be back. It's crazy to me, it was lunch time, only 1 other table was there eating. And it was Saturday afternoon. You would think the server would be more kind.

Dining in with a family is a great experience at least for us. Our son enjoys playing with the dough like hes making his own pizza and loves seeing all the gelato flavors. Friendly staff

I normally don’t write reviews, however I do have to address an experience we had last night. Myself and four other women who were reuniting after a lengthy period of time wanted to get together, have some drinks and share some laughs. Our food came promptly and was good. No complaints there.
I won’t go into too much detail - but the reality is that in the three hours we were there - We were asked for a refill three times. Twice by our original waitress (which was great) and then once in over an hour span with the following waiter. By 10pm, now the only table there, we started talking about going elsewhere for a drink and we had to get the attention of our waiter. He was seemingly preoccupied with dancing behind the bar and talking to whom I assumed was a family member to get or receipts for us. It got to the point that it felt that we needed to leave because they were closing (turns out they’re open till 11) and the whole experience turned what was going to be a fun night out into a dud.
I do encourage management to speak to the gentlemen who closed last night (Thursday January 4th) and help him understand that his lack of service cost your location numerous drinks/food/desserts that we had had planned as result.
