Elysian Brewing Company And Public House

This was such a fun little spot to grab a drink or a bite to eat. We ate at the bar and enjoyed an affordable flight of beers. They had such a large selection of beers on rotation and then of course their standard most famous beers on draft. All the food that came out of the kitchen looked absolutely delicious and people seem to really enjoy it. It is a fun atmosphere with good music and TVs and also a full service bar with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails. Would definitely be fun to go with a group of people or just to enjoy a few drinks before going to dinner or even eating in the restaurant. We would return.

I've had Elysian beer before and liked it, so figured why not try out their brewpub. What an absolute gem of a place. This spot had a great a brewpub 'feel' in terms of decor and setup and of course the flight of beer we tried was fantastic. The food was amazingly good and fresh - definitely the best food we had by far on our trip to Seattle. Kudos to the kitchen staff! Our server was fantastic, too. Forgot her name, but she was a rockstar. Can't wait to come back again!

I was happy to visit such a popular brewery while in Seattle! I was hoping for a cooler taproom, but it was still worth it! It's a dark atmosphere with a solid beer and food menu. We weren't ecstatic about the food, but it wasn't bad. I recommend the elote caesar salad and the chicken sandwich. The service was nice, but they did not check in on our table a lot. Either way, I'm glad we made the stop for some good beer!

I walked in at around 8:55pm not aware they close at 9. I was still treated very kindly by the bartender and got a great drink! (But this is not an invitation to come in right before closing - just a testament to the service here) I will definitely come back during regular hours now that I know!! Super cool atmosphere and it smells like they have awesome food as well.

I checked out the menu online before coming here last night, and didn’t see a lot of vegan options, so I actually ate food before arriving for my friend’s birthday gathering. Turns out, the menu has a number of vegan options! I didn’t order any of them, since I’d already eaten, but I just wanted to share the photos here for if another vegan like myself comes along, they can see that vegan options do exist. Also staff was great and the fries I stole from friends were tasty. 🤷‍♀️
