It's definitely the best ice cream I've had in awhile with a variety of flavors and fresh waffle cones. It's so expensive there's no prices listed,lol. I was able to try interesting flavors like blue cheese and olive oil.

One of our favorite ice cream shops!!
We always stop by if we get dinner in Ballard on our way back home. It’s the perfect ending to a great meal or sweet treat if you’re in the area. They always have fun flavors, and you can take home a pint if you want to save it for later!!

Delicious ice cream!!! We went to one the previous week in Portland and it was fantastic so we decided to go to this one in Seattle since we were in the area.
Same wonderful crunchy cones, creative creations of ice cream, and a velvet creamy texture to the ice cream. This place is a winner and good to see two different locations both having the same high standards.

The literal best ice cream that I’ve ever tasted. Creaminess that doesn’t compare. Very unique flavors that you wouldn’t think would work, but they were all delicious! We were very impressed. Great customer service too and prices are reasonable! The line out the door speaks for itself!

Cute neighborhood location with great ice cream. We got birthday cake+blackberry, banana bread-strawberry-caramel, and the classic caramel sea salt. All were fabulous. Great customer service.

Probably my 5th or 6th branch of Salt and Straw! The ice creams are great the Honey Lavender on this branch is so delicious comparing to the Seattle one! Long queues during weekends but made it better because of the staff they are so nice and responsive! 🫶🏼

My first encounter with Salt and Straw in San Diego was not great but is has improved this time around.
The flavors are a good balance of eccentric and familiar. We came in on a Wednesday evening and there was a long line but it moved quite quickly.
I got the coffee and love nuts flavour - the love nuts are chocolate covered pecans - and I absolutely loved it. Extra snaps for the kid size!

Such an amazing ice cream shop with delicious flavors!!! Service was so great and I was extremely happy with the flavors I chose. Rhubarb crumble and hibiscus coconut are ones you don’t want to miss out on! Darren was so kind with his service and offering samples of everything we wanted to try. 😄

S&S doesn’t disappoint. One can tell they are very thoughtful on their ice cream choices, they are just delicious and you can taste the quality of their ingredients. I love that they provide samples as well. The only reason for the 4 star is for the ambiance of the place, it definitely needs some retouch, it’s too dark inside and that seem to reflect on the staff mood, which I often found to be a bit gloomy.

So good! First time I’ve had it in 7 years and lived up to my first experience in Portland. The flavors of the month were cereal focused and the cornflake cookies with Marionberry jam was amazing. Olive oil ice cream was also very good as was the sea salt with caramel ribbons of course. Tried a few others as well before I decided on what I wanted. So delicious
