Pei Wei

The meal you see pictured cost almost $20. Insane. Boring, limp noodles and non-descript orange chicken. Asked for tap water and the lady behind the counter gives me an empty cup and directions to a bottle filling station. She is standing right next to a soda fountain. After the wild goose chase (either her directions are terrible or it doesn’t exist) we returned and had her fill our water glasses, which she should have done the first time. My family of four cost over $80 to feed mediocre Asian food. For $80, Pei Wei can afford some tap water without a hassle. There’s a reason this place has an overall two-star rating. Wish I had seen that before. We walked by many superior looking, but *comparably priced* restaurants on the way to this one, which we thought was going to be less expensive. What a disappointment. I’d recommend you eat elsewhere.

Wasn’t sure about e-ordering but the process is quick and easy and our orders came out pretty darn quick! My favorite was the chicken fried rice - hot, savory with ample chicken. We’ll worth the price The original chicken was ok but it seemed a little short on chicken and veggies and long on rice and not quite worth the $16 price tag with tax included

Ordered the Mongolian steak entree with noodles and the honey crusted chicken with noodles. Noodles seem to be spaghetti noodles boiled and slapped under the entree. Mongolian steak: incredibly overdone and salty. Mushrooms flavorless. Felt gross eating. Honey crusted chicken: tasted like vinegar. That's it. Really wished I had checked the reviews before ordering here, probably the worst asian food I have ever had.

Probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered the honey chicken. Had a strong taste of vinegar and only vinegar and was poured over plain gooey noodles. I couldn't even get past 3 or 4 bites. My partner ordered Mongolian steak which was so overcooked it just tasted like salty steak chips. She couldn't finish hers either. Quite disappointed.

I go through SeaTac all the time, first time getting food at the Pei Wei that was installed as part of the food court renovation. Chow mein was more like spaghetti noodles with sweet, thick syrupy sweet sauce with very little flavor. Hardly any vegetables. Got it with chicken, which was firm and rubbery. At least it was cooked all the way. But I didn't finish it. Couldn't even though not a very large portion. Like other reviews here (which I found after getting food from there), this was about the worst Asian food I have had in a long time. Not going to eat there ever again. So many other options at SeaTac that have very good food. I hate writing bad reviews, but no other option for this place.

This is NOT a real Pei Wei. It has the Pei Wei name but does NOT adhere to national Pei Wei recipes. Despite the national chain having numerous gluten free items, this place only has 1 gf item on the menu. When I asked, they said the chef decided to “do something different with the sauce.” Please imagine being exhausted and starving in the airport with a 7 hour flight ahead and finding out that there’s nothing safe in the airport to eat :( 0/10 This place needs to be shut down.
