Aburiya Bento House

The good: *Food: they have a really varied menu, all the food I tried was super fresh, and tasty. The Seattle sushi was one of the best I ever had. They have bento boxes, with sashimi and nigiri, and poke bowls. They have plenty of options for sake. Prices are similar to other sushi places of that level, they are plenty of photos already on Yelp with the menu. *Place: Really good place for eating solo or with small groups. It has a very cozy and good atmosphere. It was super clean. If you are looking for a good and quiet place to enjoy great sushi, this is a great option in town! *Service: the waitress was super polite, and service and food was super fast. Literally food was made right away. The not so good: *The place is not very big, so space may be limited for large groups. But, not much they can do about it. *they don’t take same day reservations, but they do have a waiting list. To be honest, I the waiting was no more than 10 min. 👍🏻 *they only have one waitress which is the same that attends the entry, she does an exceptional job, so just be a little patient. 😉

Very cute cozy restaurant just few steps away from pike market. Me and my husband love this place! My personal favorites its salmon bento with extra miso and salad for me (because we share) and seattle roll with green tea. I also take uni when its available. I love so many tasty things in our salmon bento including tofu, shrimp shumai and salad. Everything is super fresh and delicious.

The restaurant is very short-staffed at the moment; they opened late because of it. The service was a bit slow because if it as well. They made sure to warn us, so I can't complain, but it's something to be aware of before you decide to come here. Our server was as attentive as she reasonably could be, and the food was delicious. My friend is visiting from Oregon for his birthday and when I told this to the server she brought him some mochi ice cream, which was a very sweet touch. Definitely recommend!
