A Pizza Mart

Only good thing is this place is open late. It is very hard for me not to like pizza but this place had to do it. The quality of food is very bad. Tried multiple times and got disappointed each time. I did a delivery at one time and it was all burnt. Could not even exchange as it was late. Look at the photo below. How is this even edible? It was supposed to be bread sticks. The person who packed this would know it is bad but went through with it anyway. It is like they don't really care. I can take my business elsewhere, where they care atleast a bit.

As a business owner I find the customer service I received from this establishment horrible. I came to Seattle to visit viewed their website and placed an order for food. So being that I am not from the area the website said nothing about this being a bar and is advertised as a Pizza restaurant. Staying in a hotel I sent my daughter and boyfriend to pick up the pizza being that we are thinking this is a restaurant. Upon arriving to the establishment they were asked for their ID. My daughter is 20 and her boyfriend is 21 they show their ID finding that strange for a RESTAURANT to ask for ID to pickup a paid online order. My daughter was RUDELY told "You're not 21 get out of here", but told her boyfriend he could come in. After reading all the reviews I understand why there are multiple comments about the rude customer service. My daughter called me and I called the establishment, I asked the representative that answered the phone about my daughter being rudely kicked out and was told "this is a full bar and you should know it's a full bar." I explained I was here visiting and nothing on the website said anything about it being a bar and not a restaurant as it's advertised on the website, and google. I was shocked when the rep said "You're next door you should know this is a bar come on now you should know we are a full bar. I once again say I'm here visiting and I'm in a hotel I can only go off your website. I'm also not next door the bar is a 8 minute drive from where I am. On top of it all they didn't even make my order correctly and that was in writing since it was placed online. I appreciate the fact that they offered to give me a small cheese pizza, but over all the food was burnt and the chicken taste like fish. Thanks for the experience of bad customer service and bad food.

I would recommend this if they had a better team that actually cares about how they open their restaurant. This place is never open on time! On time meaning 15-30 min early to set up and have things ready by the actual open time. Makes no sense for you to be located in a busy area and barely having things ready on time ! Should I say “time” again ? KEY WORDs : On Time !!!! 👎🏾
