6109 Financial Plaza Shreveport, LA. This restaurant was not really busy, service was ok, but food was overcooked, waffles and under cooked, bacon. Only after receiving our food and eating did we begin to notice they had a bad bug infestation. Bugs crawling on the wall and dead bugs stuck to the window separating the dining area's. This place would definitely not pass a health inspection. We will not be back.

We went in at 3:00 in the afternoon and the place was dead. However Megan was prompt with her service and did not make us wait. The coffee could have been hotter, and the omelettes...while they tasted good - could have had more warm. The restaurant will need to modernize and it’s only functional now. My daughter told me she saw a stack of premade pancakes while the kitchen door was open, and the pancakes tasted pretty bad. All in all, it was only a pit stop en route to New Orleans, and it served our purpose while not being half as bad as some one star reviews :-)

Breakfast with the grandkids (boys ages 11 and 13 years old ) they wanted IHOP. The service was great! Our waitress named Keke took good care of us. She was friendly and great with the grandkids. She chatted with us, assisted the kids with ordering and offered menu options; most important she kept checking on us. The place was clean and welcoming. The food was hot, delicious and served in a timely manner.

The service is about non-existent as can be , I also tried calling in orders numerous times with no answer. The last time me and five other customers couldn't be seated because we didn't see anybody moving around to wait on use we left. He'll if a theft walked in and took the cash register they wouldn't miss it.

Me and my husband went in side and we notice the place was kinda empty they had a couple of ppl there.. one girl rolling up forks and the one waitress walking around... We was left standing there for 10min so we decided to sit are self... all of a sudden we hear out the kitchen if you sit your self you get no service.... So we left so we seen another couple coming in so we told them they would be waiting... All of a sudden we hear go to Walffa house... And the couple we was talking to was about to leave until we seen a worker run out and stop them from leaving then told them to come on... Know my question is why so quick with them but so slow with us....
