Chipotle Mexican Grill

Will no longer be ordering from Chipotle ever again. Rice isn't cooked, inedible, beans were extremely salted, chicken was burnt.. How can you serve this to someone? Whoever the cook is, needs to be replaced or do a better job at making sure things are cooked properly and are edible before serving it to anyone. My dogs can't even eat this.

I have always loved Chipotle restaurant. This is the 1st time I've visited the one in Shreveport Louisiana. The customer service was absolutely amazing. However, the food was freaking horrible!!! No flavor in the Barbacoa and the sour cream was rancid. I started eating my food at the restaurant and complained there the young lady remade my food for me but when she did she literally gave me 3 shreds of meat I am livid, even though I had only taken a bite of the original dish. Smh off!

I love chipotle but the last few times I have ordered I have gotten the bottom of the barrel. My burrito has barely anything in it, I ordered queso and quac both containers have a splash of product in them. The last time I ordered I guess they were out of everything and still excepted the order and gave me a veggie salad. Only reason I’m giving a two star is cause the app gave me a free burrito

The food is always the same good food and that is why we go there as much as once a month. The reason why the less than 5 stars is just that I usually have to bus my own table before we sit down and eat. They have trashcans where you put your trays and trash when you leave but I have never seen anyone come out and clean the tables and there is always a good amount of chips, sauce, crumbs, etc. There is hand sanitizer and napkins that I wipe down the table with on my own. If the problem is being short staffed, I would recommend they had out individually wrapped sanitizing wipes when you get your tray.

I would give this location negative stars if possible. This location has officially hit rock bottom. RUDE staff on multiple occasions, always filthy, and always out of products. Tonight, I ordered delivery. I did not receive my chips and we received the incorrect beans! There was ZERO correspondence from the restaurant and the delivery driver about these issues. When I tried to call the restaurant, it would not allow me to speak to a real person so all I could do was “chat with an automated assistant.” They gave me coupons for free chips and a BOGO bowl. I do NOT want coupons, I want a refund for my missing items! Ridiculous. Will not be back!

My wife and I have always loved chipotle. But the Shreveport one is by far the worst experience we have ever had-across the board. I hate being “that guy” but how hard is it to just give me my order? How hard is it to not have stale or soggy chips every single time? How hard is it to not have an attitude when I’m telling you my order or picking it up? We have given this chance after chance and will now take our business to bossier. Terrible.

So disappointed at this Chipotle. I go in and their air conditioner must not be working because it's hot and stuff. The line was long but it moved pretty fast. I get a burrito and go home to eat...let me tell you... The steak was way overcooked because it was chewy as hell. Then the rice was so undercooked that it was still crunchy. Very very disappointed. A 10$ burrito that doesn't even come with chips and salsa because that's separate should be top shelve. Moe's across the street even gives you chips. They should remake my burrito because I threw the one I bought in the trash.

If you want chipotle go to the one off of Airline Drive. I used to come here all the time with my family. the last two times i’ve ordered food here it’s been HORRIBLE! I ordered one Bowl and was in the building for 30 min, majority of that time was waiting to pay because the employee went and made the lady behind me order which consisted of 5 Burrito Bowls, and like 2 burritos. they also let people come in front of me and order before me too.. Also, the chicken had ZERO flavor! The time before this i ordered online for pickup, my food was cold and the rice was HARD, the order was nowhere near correct. I ordered chicken and was given stake, and the vegetables and sauces i ordered and paid extra for were not even on my bowl. Again, if you want chipotle don’t go here. i Recommend the one off of Airline Dr in Bossier.
