Mcdonald's

Customers service bad. Asked for no pickles, handed my burger back said they couldn't do anything for me. Closed window with their back facing me. Sat there and waited, different person answered window. Gave me what I ordered but when I opened the burger up this is what I found. Rude, always rude. I will drive the extra miles just to skip this location.

I usually love McDonalds. But this one sucks! The fries are either cold, taste like old oil, or have no salt. Or any combo of those three. They can't do any sort of special order correctly, so anticipate having your order wrong, you'll get what you get. The coke is off, it's flavor is not good and the tea tastes old.

The food was average for McDonald's. Service was lousy. This all happened at about 4:10 pm. My issue is with the lid not being on my drink properly so some spilled when he handed it out the window. No offer to refill what was spilled. The fries were just dumped out in the bag with the box dropped bon top. There was more ketchup on the wrapper than on the burger. And a whole two napkins to clean it all up. That's why I keep a roll of paper towels in my truck. Chances are good I will not be going back. There are quite a few other fast food places just as close.

Oh my goodness... If there were a zero star thats what this Mc.D would get... Food was cold, fries tasted cold and OLD! I ordered a fish sandwich with extra veggies...if a tomatoe size of a quarter few strands of lettuce is called extra WOW!...they should have charge half of what i pd.. Never no ketchup salt napkins..guess i was lucky to get a straw...i will say my coke was good..very disappointed OVER ALL

I had to wait several minutes at the drive thru before my order was taken. I said "I'd like a sausage and cheese Mcmuffin, a hashbrown, and a small oran.." to which I was cut off by the employee saying "you want a sausage cheese muffin, hashbrown, and orange juice ? Pull around." I got to the window and she asked me what my total was. I said I didn't know since she didn't tell me. She walked away to find out my total. It seemed correct for a sausage and cheese muffin, which if you buy one, the hashbrown is one dollar,plus the cost of a juice. She gave me my change and bag and receipt, then walked away. I was waiting for my juice, so she came back and asked what else I needed. I said I need my juice, she said what juice? I looked at my receipt and indeed she had not rung me up for a juice, but instead for a full priced hashbrown and sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and no drink. There was a straw in the bag though so what was that for? I had already waited an extensive amount so did not have time to wait for it all to be corrected. I removed the egg from my 3.49 sandwhich which if it would have been what I ordered would cost 1.29. I do not eat egg and do not want to pay $2 more for something I throw away. This cashier was not friendly, not accommodating, and I will not be coming back to this McDonald's where accuracy and customer service are not a priority.
