Cassandras

This was my second visit and the catfish is undeniably delicious. Tried appetizers, Gator Bites were good, the Crawfish Cornbread was not spicy as printed on menu, it was a little dry but saved by the etouffee topping. The Vegetable Platter was good, your choices. The Riblets on the daily special were very tender but the sauce was bland. Nice staff, plenty of parking but too many flies in restaurant. Will probably place a to go order for the seafood.

Didn't know what to expect but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was nice with jazzy paintings on the wall. Large selection on the menu and wasn't too expensive compared to other nearby restuarants. Thursday nights from 5-8pm they have all you can eat catfish, that is what we ordered. The food came out steaming hot & fresh; fish and fries were well seasoned or at least you didn't need any sauce to eat. The catfish was juicy & flaky, packed with alot of flavor. Our waitress was nice and checked on us often. Looking forward to another visit.

First time. There for a family member's birthday. Friendly staff. Wait wasn't long and service was great considering we had a nice size party. I ordered the chicken & waffles and a side of dirty rice. Dirty rice was amazing. Chicken was seasoned well and hot. Waffle was a little tough(new machine, previous one broke earlier in the day) but still delicious. The owner of the restaurant came out, spoke, chatted with us for a few, and thanked us for our business. Very nice lady. I commend the management for the quick turnaround on the waffle maker issue. They could have easily said that the item wasn't available but they handled the situation promptly. Way to take care of your customers. Wish you all much success!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning. Saw a few items I wanna try!!!

Each time we go, we are amazed by the fabulous food. From down-home to over the top Cajun Cuisine, they have it all. The seafood is fresh and expertly prepared. The sides are plentiful and so delicious. And if you like dessert, Cassandra's has several scrumptious ones. Inside dining as well as carry out.
