Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered a pizza from here at 9:25, it is currently 11pm. I have called the restaurant multiple times while they assure me the pizza is coming in 20 minutes then 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed after the last phone call before I just called and cancelled the order. Manager issued me a refund supposedly, hasn’t reflected on bank app yet but I appreciate the gesture. She assured me the pizza would still come and apologized, pizza has not come. Glad I didn’t wait on the pizza to eat. Would’ve starved to death.

HORRIBLE is an understatement. From food quality, attitudes to restaurant cleanliness. The male employee was okay. He simply didn’t have a mask on while the state is under a mask mandate but the female didn’t either and her attitude along with proper sanitation practices weren’t being followed. She never sanitized or washed her hands but was around the food, went from the front door to digging in her hair to using the phone and register to the food again. She acted as if you’re bothering her to pay for your food. This is not the Papa John’s service or quality I once remember.
