I placed an order today, I waited an hour and my food got delivered somewhere else so they said they where going to remake it. So I had to wait another hour but I would of been okay had my food been made right. Not sure what happened today but I was disappointed, I hadn’t eaten all day and I was nice about the mix up. My pasta was okay but this is my pizza.

I order at 1:03 a simple handmade pan pizza only cheese, my tracker showed me that it was ready at 1:20 a went to pick it up, it only take me 5 min to get there, when I get the they ask for my info so I give it to them, 15 min pass and they come and ask again, several minutes later they ask me again and then proceeded to tell me that they forgot to make it, so what’s the point of that freaking tracker, they always messed up my order or take a long time to make a simple cheese pizza. Worst store, awful service,need to get staffed with more people or with people with better customer service skills.

I have been waiting on my order for 2 hours. I’m in town for work so I don’t have the luxury of going to pick up. I attempted to call 4 times and they just hang up on me. And I still have not gotten my pizza. I would never ever eat here. And a 5 star review is now they’re priority.

We try to order from this Dominos after getting off work (after 11 PM), and we have been told conflicting information many times from the store employees. Some employees have told us we can still place an order after 11PM, and some of the employees tell us we can't order. Sometimes, when we call the employee rudely hangs up the phone (curses at us) and does not want to take our order. The times when we are able to actually place an order, we either get it burnt or with too much sauce on it (even after requesting light sauce).

I ordered my Pizza at 5:24. I got there to pick it up at 5:55, one minute after they said it would be ready. I understand having to wait a few minutes but I left with my Pizza at 6:45. I have to pass 2 other Pizza places to get to Dominos but I may shop there next time. 55 minutes in the car in the drive through when I ordered my pizza 25 minutes before I shoed up was crazy. Add the 2 year old in the backseat hungry and crying because we were there so long made it worse.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered my pizzas around 4PM for a 5:15 scheduled pick up time. They told me they didn't have enough employees to make my pizzas on time. On top of that they forgot two of my pizzas and their remedy was to offer a free 2 liter coke. Terrible experience. Will not ever order from this location again.

Today I had a horrific experience with Laneysha.. She led me to believe I was being helped, an Order I placed at 1:20pm took till 2:30pm to get any response back just to let me know the order had been cancelled because the drivers don’t drive till the evening. I thought this was absurd, but it didn’t phase me they didn’t have drivers, I understand, things happen, people call off. But more than an hour just for that as a response genuinely frustrated me. I kept telling my 2 kids, 12 yrs and 15 yr old starving daughters the food is coming soon honey, and their face would open up with a smile, but unfortunately the people running this shop clearly don’t know how to run it, and aren’t very well at communicating. I will provide a brief transcript of the phone call that unfolded.
Laneysha: Domino- (unintelligible) order?
Me: Hi, Good Afternoon. I placed an order about an hour ago; the app isn’t giving me an update so I just wanted to call and check up
Laneysha: uh— we’re ….. cancellation, we have no drivers till 4:30. Well we got one but uh— he leaving pretty soon
Me: I have my two daughters I can’t leave them at home, would be by chance be able to send out that driver? It’s a 5-7 min drive, on a other hand, a 20-30 min walk. I would really appreciate it if we can send him out for me. I’m ready to tip well for the trouble— (cut off)

I ordered a large pizza tonight via app and the website tells me it’s done. I show up at the store and I attempt to go in to pay and get my pizza but the door is locked with a sign that says “please use drive through.” At this point I am already getting agitated because I just want to walk in, pay for the pizza and leave. The last time I waited in the drive through line it took 45 min so that’s why I wanted to go inside this time. I ended up leaving because I knew I was going to be sitting there for a while and my pizza was probably getting cold. I will be calling corporate with this issue. Dominoes won’t be in business much longer if they can’t get people with good work ethic. It’s not fair to the customers when dominoes has an easy process for ordering pizzas but the employees here locally and the work ethic is terrible with no sense of urgency for their customers. If worst comes to worst they should just shut this location down. It’s not worth ruining the dominoes brand.
