Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The food is great here, staff are great and friendly, witch I love ! I love to see bake beans on your menu, for people that don,t like coleslaw! So we could sub it out for bake beans instead. Or offer a dinner with 6 chicken fingers, garlic bread, french fries , and bake beans ! For 15 00 dollars !

I eat at this Cane's often and have never had a problem until Tuesday, November 23rd. I was eating in with a group of people and the whole group wasn't there yet, so we were waiting in the restaurant for the rest of our party before ordering. We weren't holding up the line or causing any harm by waiting, so we were a little confused when one of the employees asked "Are y'all going to order anything or are you just going to stand there?" We politely informed them that we were just waiting for a couple more people. We tried to be understanding, but a few minutes later a male employee came from the kitchen and once again asked "Are y'all going to order anything or not? It's just chicken, not that complicated." Now, mind you he was a teenager saying this to three teenagers, but it was extremely rude. We had been there for less than five minutes and had reason to wait. We went ahead and ordered despite our group not being there and it took a ridiculous amount of time for him to take our orders despite his earlier rushing. The food and the rest of the meal was fine but honestly there was no reason for the employees to be that rude. Never been more disappointed, and I'm really not one to write reviews or nitpick.

Mobile App was not working. I did not receive my receipt for my order. As a former employee, always always give a receipt. My order was missing some things, but were fixed. Have to note that one employee was trying to change out the ketchup anddd was not very successful. Some of the chicken fingers were small. Pictured on the left compared to right how they should be.
