Wendy's

Absolutely the rudest staff. They didn’t ask me what I wanted they stared at me till I spoke. As soon as I walked in the door they had an attitude all over their face. They are extremely ghetto here and lazy. The cashier walked off as I was telling her what my order was. I ended up just leaving after that. A simple acknowledgment to a customer is expected. I’ll never go back. The cashier working on Sunday at 10:00 hates her job.

The service was absolutely the worst I have ever witnessed from an employee.  There was no management team member available to speak with Prescious was the host and was very rude. I personally don't think that Dave would want her representing his  daughter's company in that manner. The employee replied to me "Wendy might say you right but not me and I dont care.".... I not upset with her, but with the company they deserve better....

Got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit yesterday....there was no egg in it. The biscuit was stale and the cheese was still cool. This was my last time visiting the location at 6412 Line Avenue. There is always an issue there every time I go....there's a reason why there is almoat never a line in their drive thru! I was done with them already, and only went there this time because McDonalds line was a mile long and I had to get to work. Never again! I'll drive to another Wendy's. That location is a stain on the Wendy's brand.

So im currently sitting in the drive thru here at Wendy's on line ave. I'm literally the only car and I've been waiting over 25 minuets for an employee to come out the back door and tell me the system is down! Also wanting me to move off her drive thru timer because it was timing me. After explaing to her that if the ststem down, you wouldn't be able to see the time! I asked her name and see told me none of my business lol. Well ms burgundy draw string puff ball pony tell, you just made it even more of my business. I will be calling in on the entire shift for basically not wanting to do what they get paid for WORK! This is very unacceptable and actions needs to take taking accordingly! I do see a manager a pink shirt. The time is 12:59a.m

I just here. Hamburger was cold and cheese was old. I turned around and went back. When I got to window; a guy and lady was there waiting. I ask to speak to Manger. He said he's the Manger. I told him this hamburger was cold. He oh. We will make you another. Told him to give my money back. He said OK, ask me to put up to steps. That I could keep the food. I didn't want or eat cold old food. There were No I Apologize, or anything. They knew the food was cold from the start. This Why people get Sick because the Food servers Don't Care. I will NEVER eat here.
