Drive up window didn't work, workers walked by said nothing. I had to ask after sitting for a while. Next one screen didn't work. Food was good though. Only plus about visit

Love the sonic blasts, but this is the only place that my card won't work ever anymore. I keep trying because it used to always so I always end up having to give my sonic blast back to them. I mean this a the ONLY PLACE this happens and all locations. Teaser I've learn to stop trying.

The playground area is often very clean I take my son there just to play and have lunch. Food is always fresh

If I could give 0 I would but I order a double bacon cheese burger and got a completely different burger never coming back here again.

That’s how I feel … Sidney attitude wasn’t nice at all then ruched us off the speaker then handed my food to me with such attitude you don’t do that to customers.

This Sonic Srive-in is a rare gem amongst the world of so called, "fast food restaurants" in a number of ways! The servers are always polite and bring the extras like napkins, condiments or plastic ware with your order! I also must say the area that is for recreational activities is amazing! When I was a youngster it was just a pit with plastic balls and a tunnel slide! Ha! Seriously, the food is hot, fresh and fixed just how it was requested every time! Bravo and nice touch!

Can't count change back at certain locations, don't know how to add. Like certain food; friendly service at some locations. Get orders wrong alot. Especially the one on Mansfield Rd. By Kroger. Etc. Thanks have a blessed day 🙏😇

I went through the drive-thru, ordered burritos. Then asked for a fork at the check out window. The cashier walked away. As I was wondering what takes so long to just get a fork, she came back and said, "He said we're out of them right now". Then I could hear a man's voice in the background saying, "you got burritos, who asks for a fork" with a negative tone. I do sir, and I don't think that was too much to ask.
On a separate occasion, I ordered at the drive-thru pull up, swipe my card, and the cashier says, "you just paid for someone else food". Excuse me, last time the cashier snatched my card and swiped it below the window and said, "you pay here". So I did that and it's wrong too...so frustrating.
