If you have food allergies be extremely careful going here. They are very short staffed, which my party and I understood. My grandmother ordered a hamburger; no cheese, no bacon, add red onions. Well!!!! The server took her plate back a total of three times, each time the burger came back with cheese and bacon, no red onions. Our server was not pleasant at all. She didn't care about anything that we said, she rushed everything, and barely checked on us. We had to stop another young lady that was in there assisting. She's the one that we ended up tipping. I tried to explain to the original server that my grandmother could not eat cheese and that was the reason we kept sending the burger back. She didn't care!!!! As we were packing up to leave; she brought out a plain hamburger patty out. A PLAIN PATTY. NAKED!!!! I use to like this Chilli's but I don't recommend it. Take the extra time and go to the one in Bossier.

Really? In this pandemic we are all struggling to make ends meet. Therefore, when we stop at a restaurant we expect to be treated like our hard earned money and time is appreciated. I will never return here. Pretty sure you all don't care about me saying that. However, I wanted the reviews to reflect my disgust with you all. Management needs to be gutted and pay raised so you can recruit some people who really care about working in the service industry.

I have eaten here several times a year for the last 2 years, always hoping that each time it will finally be good, but it never is. This specific location is garbage. No way around it. Customer is service is unapologetically terrible. Today when we ordered curbside and they didn't bring out any of drinks or the soup and said "well we don't have Togo soups containers" and just stared at me was the start to an awful meal. I'm like well I paid for it so......then she brings it out (guess she found a container all of a sudden) with only 2 out of 3 drinks. By that time we drive away anyway cause it's a lost hope. We get home of course meals are wrong, all food is cold, and the icing on the cake was all the mystery chunks in the dipping sauces!! Yummy. Photo of the biggest mystery chunk for proof. Please don't eat here. For your sake and to save you from disappointment.

Ordered delivery. Didn't receive my kids meal nor my appetizer for my food. Contacted the store to let them know and they acted like they didn't make a mistake. If I had the food I wouldn't have called. Definitely not a free type person. Don't order here after the sun goes down here you might not half your full order. I understand people make mistakes, but this has happened to often here. My last delivery order here EVER. I will only dine in or take out maybe. The manager said he refunded. I'll know in a few days. They gave my kids whatever drinks they decided. Ridiculous. Just read the togo ticket.

Came in with my family to eat lunch on a Saturday. The place was not busy at all. We waited over 5 minutes and no one came to seat us. 3 employees saw us and never came over. My family along with another family left.. I see why the place always looks empty from the outside parking lot. The service is horrible. Definitely could be a place to shut down. It would not be missed.

Zero stars is what I would give if I could. Me and my family of four came in last night. Some guy came out the kitchen and sat us. He muttered under his breath that the server wasn’t doing anything anyway. As we were sitting down I noticed our server was sitting down just talking to the guy at her table. Me and my family looked over the menu had our drinks and app picked out. Maybe five minutes after we sat she got up and walked by and said she will be with us in a minute. As a server myself I am very understanding, I figured they might be short staffed. Five more minutes go by, she walks past us again brings her table a sprite and then sits back down. My boyfriend starts to get upset and is ready to leave. I tell him let’s give her a few more minutes. We have everything picked out drinks, app, and entrees. Ten minutes go by and she walks past us again. Doesn’t get out drink order or anything. We decided to finally leave. I was very excited to eat there I barley go out to eat. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. We waisted almost 30 minutes of our night just sitting there. I never got her name but she was wearing a mtv tshirt. I figured she just judged us of our appearance. Which is sad because as a server myself I know how to tip. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. At least not during the night shift.
