Ramón makes very, very good pies. These are definitely the best in Shreveport. The filling is very very good and the crust has a great texture to it. I’m a weekly customer!

This is the first time we’ve been to a bakery in Shreveport and the experience was more than amazing. Customer service is beyond great and the Oreo cheesecake is outstanding. The man who we think was the owner was kind enough to let us try out king cake for free, and after he also offered a chocolate truffle since I like chocolate. Me and my husband will definitely come back here.

Their cheesecake is so good that my husband has actually cut into the cheesecake in the parking lot when he picked it up, actually he did it twice! We love these cheesecakes, there are so many varieties to choose from and the price is great!
