Domino's Pizza

If I could give them 0 stars i would. Got delivery and they forgot a couple things and even though I was passed I stayed calm cause they told me they would remake it and send delivery guy back out to us and they never showed or contacted us back. Obviously we will NEVER order here again. And don't order wings cause they are literally so small all 6 wings is the equivalent of 1 normal wing.

Last three or four times that we have ordered from Domino’s it has been wrong or they forgot to bring something, and the one time we ordered to go pick it up we get there they don’t have our order we leave because they don’t have our order we get up the road I decide to call them back, oh your order is ready we just left the freaking window, they did apologize even though we gave them name and ticket number, should’ve gotten a discount since we had to go back. The price is always different even ordering the exact same thing but now I’m not gonna pay $35 for one pizza one breadstick and one salad, usually they put a coupon code in to help with the pricing but when we mentioned that the last time the girl insinuated that we were accusing her of charging for more than what we ordered, even when we explain to her we’ve never paid $35 for three items, and they usually put in a coupon code, because the normal we pay is under $25. She did not offer or put in a coupon code! We canceled our order!!!!

12-15-19 Sunday night dinner. The restaurant was very clean. The restaurant had a great layout. The food was good and had good presentation. The lady in the restaurant said hi but was very short. No one else in the location was sociable. One of the drivers was given me a look like I was going to rob them. This location must be in a bad neighborhood because i needed to be buzzed in to get inside this location. I would return to this location.

I ordered here one day for my coworkers and never received my order. They told me they’d give me a credit. I had no hard feelings with them. As a customer service worker myself, I get things happen. So A few days later I tried calling them. When they answered they were fine but as soon as they got my phone number from me the lady’s demeanor completely changed. I told her my address and told her I wanted delivery. Need I remind you I had no attitude the entire time because everyone has their days so I payed no mind to it at first. She then asked what I wanted and I said before I order I’d like to know if I still have my credit available. I couldn’t finish that simple question without her interrupting me several times to say “yes what do you want”. At this point I was clearly upset and I told her to have an amazing day with that attitude. Do better. If you don’t like your job find a new one. That’s all.
