Sonic Drive-in

If I could give this place NO stars, I would. Charged my card 15 mins and still waiting, pressed the button and they forgot they had our order. Came out with our order and missed 1 drink and 2 shakes (one wasn’t even the shake we ordered and they didn’t care). Brought our shakes ( completely runny) and STILL missing our 1 drink. The drink that we were missing was for our child’s meal, that had MAYBE 10 fries in it. Employees were coming out left and right with their food for break though. Extremely disappointed in how this place is run. We will never be back.

So this is obviously not Texas toast, it's regular bread so it's extremely smaller than a sonic grilled cheese is supposed to be. They could've at least told me when I ordered it that it would be on regular bread. But don't just serve people alternatives thinking they'll just happily take it. Because I actually would've ordered something different

I know this may not seem like a big deal to some, but it's more annoying to me than anything. Almost everytime i order Cinnasnax through doordash from this location they don't give me the icing that's supposed to come with it. I even put in the instructions not to forget it but they still do. Obviously they don't pay attention to special instructions even though i shouldnt have to leave them just to remind them to give me something that should already come with my meal. These Cinnasnax are not good at all without the icing. It's advertised to come with it so why does this keep happening? Carelessness and laziness. It's like getting a drink without ice. I've complained about it several times before and nothing has changed so that leaves me no choice but to leave a review here in hopes that someone addresses this issue. None of the other locations near me have this problem.

UPDATE: The owner called me directly after my review and said he would remake my order that was messed up. So I gave him the chance to do so. He guaranteed my cheese sauce was in my bag and he made the Snickers Blast himself to know that Snickers was mixed throughout. Thank you Mr Donovan! I appreciate you taking the time to make my order correctly. I would like to add, we don't normally leave bad reviews after 1 mess-up but many. It has come to the point that we have had messed up food to the point my husband won't even use your location anymore, it is only I that will. You might want to invest in some retraining. But due to your willingness to make it right, I increased my review to 3 stars. ------------------------------ Originally ordered 1 pretzel (cheese sauce missing) and Large Snickers Blast that has a few Snickers pieces on top and just ice cream underneath.
