Sonic Drive-in

I don’t where you guys get your workers but they are trash! Took 15 minutes to order 3 meals she must of been high cause after repeating my order she has to start again cause she didn’t log it into the computer. When we get our food 15 minutes later they are missing a whole meal we ring the button get the same girl tel her we’re miss a meal it take use another 10 minutes to get her to understand that you guys forgot to give us a meal she still ends up charging us for it. So I walk up to the window with all the food they gave me they say they’ll make it&&bring it to us 10 more minutes and he comes out with our food. He tried to take payment which was weird cause he was there with the lady when I showed them my receipt where they forgot my meal he said oh sorry they didn’t tell me. Basically took us almost an hour for a double bacon cheeseburger meal, a chili dog meal&&5 piece tenders meal definitely NEVER come back here sonic food isn’t all that great any way just came here cause I thought it would be fast. Also had a strawberry shake which was strawberry milk after waiting so long it wasn’t like I was asking for too much or for free food I was just asking for the food that I paid for with my hard earned money discussed with this location! Who would want to pay $5+ for this chili dog?

The highest-volume delivery service sends me here frequently, and it's always a gamble. Pull up to a stall? Told to go to the drive thru. Pull up to the drive thru? Told to pull over to a stall. The other day I received an order, and I immediately received a follow-up message that it was complete and ready to be picked up. This only happens if the store employees mark the order as ready. Five minutes later I pulled up, pressed the red button, and informed them I was there for the order. Ten minutes passed, and no order. I pressed the red button again and asked if it was coming. They said it would be right out. Five more minutes passed, and still no order. So, a total of twenty minutes after I was told the restaurant marked the order complete, and with no order in hand, I unassigned and left. I watched your carhops hand out at least ten other orders during that time. I get that you're trying to protect your metrics. If you want to lie to corporate, that's your business. But don't screw with your delivery drivers. We get paid $0/hr, so it literally costs us money in missed opportunities to have to sit there and be lied to. I'll be declining future offers for your franchise, and I know I'm not the only one.

This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened. I didn’t wanna leave a review at first but after 5 total drinks that I can’t drink I’m gonna say something. I’m a type 1 diabetic and I cannot have normal sodas, I have to have diet. Last time I was here I got my original drink, and then asked for 2 replacements so I could have a drink I could have. I didn’t get one. This time I had to get two drinks and still, not a single one was diet. It’s ridiculous. Idk if the syrups for the fountains are messed up, or if the employees just don’t care. But it needs to be fixed

it’s been over 45 minutes and we ordered a cookie dough blizzard and an ice cream cone. still waiting in the parking lot haven’t received anything even tho on the screen it said our waiter was on their way. very disappointed and won’t be coming to this location anymore. last couple of times i’ve come here the service has been terrible and taken over 20 minutes to receive anything even tho it’s not busy.
