Kfc

Went through drive through today, and the building looks like it's being neglected as well as the outside. Then my order, I ordered chicken sandwich combo and chicken strips with mashed potatoes, waited 8 mins for the chicken sandwich. Drove home and didn't get mashed potatoes like I asked for. And the the fries were so cold and nasty. We should have at least got fresh fries if you were going to mess up our order. Since there are numerous chicken places to choose from so close by, I nor my family will be back to this KFC location.

We were told no breast ready they would give us a thigh. We told them we would wait. They said 16 minutes. We asked for complimentary for waiting they told us we chose to wait. After 25 minutes we drove back thru and asked about order they said 9 more minutes. We asked for money back. They gave us our money back but kept our coupon and didn't say SORRY or THANKS. MANSFIELD ROAD KFC. We will not visit KFC again.

This location is horrible. We used to go all the time but stopped because the service is just that bad. The food is okay and typical but you can sit in the drive thru easily for 30 minutes. The people don't even say hello or how are you or thank you. It's just a cut and dry 'what's your order- that's this $$$' and hand you your food. I complained to corporate even about this location and was given a free meal but still refused to use it because I never want to go back!

Why do we always have to wait on food? The last 4 times I've tried to order they were holding on chicken 2x, strips once and now I'm waiting on wedges (the only reason I'm waiting is because they didn't tell me they were waiting on them at the box). It's just easier to go across the street to southen classic. This place needs to be tore down and gutted.

I went to aKFC on bert Jones in Shreveport at 7:55 PM and doors was locked, they didn't wait on me in drive thru. I called them and they said they was open but they still didn't answer the drive thru. So I went to the KFC on Mansfield road in Shreveport La. Store # G135398. I was there for 10 seconds when, Carissa a KFC employee ask me if she could help me. Another KFC employee, Chantal was also helping me. Long story short, I give your employees an A plus rating. They are very good people, and KFC is very fortunate to have these lady's working for them. I had a great experience at your store. Thank you very much. I will do business with this store every time I want chicken. Please let your employees know that there is at least 1 customer that appreciates them very much. Thanks Dewayne

Wish I could give it a zero. Went through the drive-thru and ordered food for my family. Got to the window and paid. Lady told me to pull over when there was a car in front of me. I told her I'll wait at the window and she said I could not wait there because there was a customer behind me. Again reiterated I was not moving anywhere and would wait for my food there. Not that I even ordered a complicated item or anything. She automatically tells me she is issuing a refund and could no longer help me. This is what Shreveport is about, worthless help. I told her I did not want a refund and would wait for my food but she again refused to help me as a paying customer. I sure shaniqua behind me got her food right away. #whitepriveledgemyass
