The guy at the window misheard my order so I ended up with 2 happy meals and 2 extra sodas....so I needed a refund for one happy meal and 2 sodas. The manager Terri came out and was polite and helpful. She handled the issue professionally. She asked about what went wrong and why! I was very impressed! She seemed to actually care about what went wrong! Definitely going back!!

Pulled up to the drive thru, got to the ordering menu and waited and waited and waited. 4 cars in the other lane got service and we were left sitting there. Finally we called out hello and miss 15 dollars an hour popped off with an attitude like we were disturbing her. Placed our order and she listened to nothing. It was an absolute joke. We ended up leaving. Wont be back to this one. Rude employees that demand extravagant wages without delivering even mediocre service is going to be the downfall of this place.

It's McDonalds. Food taste great but not something you should eat each day. Good customer service and clean restaurant. Feel sorry for cashier's having to deal with irate customers over mistakes that were actually caused by lack of communication from the customer. Who goes into a McDonalds not already knowing what you want. If your not ready to order get out of the way!!!!

Very impersonate. Staff was not pulling together. The cashier was above getting me a sweet tea. He yelled at person in the back to.get it. There were more that went on. To much to say here. I would have fired the person immediately.

We’ve been to McDonald’s all over the country and this is the only one that charges for sauce with nuggets. I understand to charge for extra, but if I’m paying $5.99 for 6 chicken nuggets, how do you expect me to pay an extra $0.32 for ONE sauce. That’s ridiculous, and greedy. I would rather eat anywhere else.

Constantly long waits, extremely immature/unprofessional staff, frequently wrong orders. Not sure what's going on with the staff at this store as of late but it's bad. The bar for any given McDonald's is already very low and this store seems to constantly come in below the bar and make me question why I bother with it.

The place is always snowed under a line all the way around the building they wouldn't get the people that work there any help they will have a good deal on food some times drinks are cheap but they are high on most meals and if they have something that's a good deal next time they would have it anymore but they are better than most McDonald's

It was dinner time and they were pretty busy. I ordered a Quarter Pounder and it was mostly meat, onions, and buns. The condiments (mustard, ketchup) were just barely there in the middle of the sandwich.
