Nandos Silverdale

First time to a Nando's ever (I am embarrassed to say). Overall the food tasted nice. The atmosphere was lacking but I put this down to the local business impacts of COVID 19. The only criticism was the lack of friendliness (not grumpiness) with the manager. I was a bit surprised by the fact we had to order at the counter but hey my first time. The food was good - no complaints. But not varied enough to motivate me to revisit to try other items on the menu.

This is the perfect example of how to run a food place. The restaurant is always emasculate and the service is amazing. They always have what ever you order and it’s quick and super friendly. We are sadly moving to albany and I will probably drive back to Silverdale just because they are so much better than the Albany restaurant.

*This review is ONLY for Nandos in Silverdale, not any other location* Nandos is in my top three favorite restaurants I've ever ordered food from in my life. Their food is consistently good and the people are really friendly. If you're looking for some great tasting food, I definitely recommend this location.

This nandos is a great takeaway restaurant. The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. The food is always prepared hot and fresh. The owners here have won franchise of the year and it's easy to understand why. Definitly a great addition to the coasts eateries. There is usually ample parking which is always a bonus.

Just came here with my partner for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, who was very attentive and polite. Not only did all the staff provide excellent service, but the food was also delicious and delivered within 5 minutes of ordering. We will certainly be back here again soon! 10/10. thanks to everyone at nandos silverdale!

The service is top notched! They always go out of their way to make sure that you have got the right order, feel comfotable and your money is well spend. They always tell us what's in our take away order. Very pleasant matured lady who always make my kids feel so amazed at her kindness and caring service, my kids always say "mum she is soo nice, she's always nice". This is the only restaurant that my kids give compliments for food and service and that means a lot to me. We will continue to use this fast food restaurant.
