I would have been zero. Went in to get a drink on the door it says "Please wear a 😷 mask". The owner of this location isn't wearing one at all. I ask, " Why put a sign on your door saying wear a mask if you're not wearing one?" The owner replied " I don't care." Wow if you are medically sensitive, do NOT go here. They obviously don't care. I would take my business to another place.

We had issues redeeming our points at the PO store and the lady didn’t know what she was saying… so we came to Silverdale later and stopped here and was immediately welcomed by thee MOST excellent and exceptional customer service I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing… I mean look I forgot how to use punctuation I’m so happy. Seriously, the owner and new employee were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this location for your convenience needs and if you just want to have a better day! Thank you 7-11, you made my day and my pizza awesomeness. Bless you and yours, I hope you have an amazing day like mine has become. Thank you, thank you and thank you again. <3

My son and I were so disrespected yesterday at the Silverdale, Wa location. The real skinny chick was disrespectful and so rude! She helped the 3 people in front of us, and then decided to ignore us, than told us she didnt have time to answer a question we had! She needs to get fired!!! One positive thing.. The funky chick that works or used to work at that location was AWESOME!!

This is the grossest 7-11 store I have ever been to! The floor was very sticky and dirty throughout. There were also spills near the beverage and slurpee machines on the floor that were not tended to, a wet floor sign out, and an employee behind the counter doing nothing about any of it. The employee behind the counter was not friendly. I have been in once and refuse to go back. My husband has been in a few times and it is like that every visit he has had! This is one store we went be going back to again!
