Chipotle Mexican Grill

We had a horrible experience at the location in silverthorne 10167 store. Betul ( the cashier) is very condescending and short with customers. She has a terrible attitude. She tried to overcharge me and when I corrected her she got upset at us. The supervisor in charge (Gaby) came to check us out. She did not even apologized for Betul's lack of customer service instead the supervisor was very reactive when I told her I was not happy with the interaction with the cashier. I observed they get along well and I doubt Gaby is going to do anything to fix Betul's behaviour.

By far the busiest Chipotle I've ever been in. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with the dinner after ski rush. They don't seem to hurry at all though, which is understandable. People in line were waiting in line for a solid hour. I ordered online for pickup and ended up cancelling it because other people who had ordered online were getting their meals forty minutes late. Avoid this Chipotle at any busy hours. It's not worth waiting for. Seems the customers in this town don't care much for wearing masks or in trying to make the employees lives east.
