Such a hole in the wall place to get some Mexican street food. The beef tongue taco is the best of the best - the meat is tender and not gamey at all. There is also an self-service sauce/garnish/salsa bar, where you can get all the side toppings:) They also serve some birria and menudo. This is place is a truly hidden gem.

Birria tacos with consomé (the soup) for the win!! Soo tasty! I watched them make the corn tortillas in front of me - maybe best tortillas I’ve had. Awesome little local spot serving no frills Mexican fare and so reasonably priced !

The most authentic Mexican food I’ve found in Colorado! This place is the beez kneez! Super affordable and extremely delicious! The lengua tacos are incredible. They have an awesome salsa and toppings bar with all spice level salsas and topping you need. It is also apart of a Mercado, so anything that you can order, you can buy and make yourself. This place slaps!

Looked this place up while I was in the area searching for some of the best tacos. I ended up going with the pastor, barbacoa and Carne asada. This is as good as anywhere to grab some authentic tasting tacos. I was a big fan of the salsa bar where you added your own onion and cilantro plus any of the multiple salsas and sauces they had available. This place is definitely worth a stop. They had every table filled with construction workers on their break when I stopped in. Always a good sign when tables are full.

Mexican cuisine does not get any more authentic than this. The beans and rice could not have been made any better. The beef in the enchiladas was tender, moist and well flavored. I’m not sure about the white sauce on top as it was rather plain. Still, it was a good meal and a good price. You can also do your grocery shopping here. The butcher shop looks great. It f do identidad hurt to know a bit of Spanish here.

Consider myself lucky to have tried this place on a whim! Absolutely blown away. Super tasty food at extremely reasonable prices. Didn’t expect to find such authentic Mexican food like this here. Thanks guys!

Good authentic Mexican food. Located inside of a mexican meat market so you can shop and get a bite to eat. Had a carne asada burrito with a large horchata. Both were very good. Friendly service.
