7-eleven

I visited store 39033 at around 5pm on June 7th to get a few snacks and continue to enjoy my trip. However, what I encountered was a person who obviously doesn't want to work. She followed us around the store and then was highly rude when asking for a receipt. Since there is a 7-eleven across the street I recommend people to go to the route 66 one instead until they get a new cashier.

All I wanted was my receipt for the gas pump, but the girl working here is the one of the most incompetent employees of any kind that I have ever seen. She is clearly in over her head working a cash register, and should consider something a little less mentaly straining, like assistant to the Walmart Greeter. When I asked why the pump cut me off at $95.00, she could not even give me a coherent answer… Summit county clearly has a lack of able bodies, and 7-Eleven has societal dregs for labor. *Note to owner* Please do not respond to this post or any other. Your excuses will never be satisfactory in justifying how your business is run. Just try to be better.

Very filthy especially the bathrooms. No toilet paper. I brought it up to the 2 female staff there who where just sitting around talking. The shelves where not filled and where a mess. When I brought the lack of tp to their attention they said they they did not have anything to do that and that a "lady" took care of it and she had not been in for a while. I will never go there again!

Don't stop here. Not only are the prices too high but their pumps are off as well. We weren't empty, put 24.86 gallons in a 21.7 gallon tank, the pump hadn't shut off yet, it would have been more. After arguing with us, the manager gave us $11 for the 3 gallons over charged. The price doesn't bother me like the pumps being off.

Bought Diesel here a week and a half ago. Since then our sprinter hasn't started multiple times leaving us stranded and is now costing us close to $2,000 to drain and clean our engine. I saw pump issues in the complaints with being turned off but did anyone else get bad diesel? Very frustrating and they were not helpful when I called to discuss.
