Brought my mum for dinner as she like fujian's yam. Food was served pretty fast anf tasty. Ms Lin who is serving us is very friendly and attentive. Overall nice experience at Putien! Will visit again. Thumbs up! :)

Very good service. Brought my elderly mother and they treat her well giving us a near entrance table. Free 2 枇杷fruits as it’s in season. Bee Hoon tasted different from the early years of the Kitchener road version but tasty nevertheless. Fish tasted fresh and mother loves it!

Great service and fantastic food at Putien Vivocity! We were served by Lin whose bright personality and happiness made our meal an awesome one. Love their cute children utensils too. Putien is our top choice when bringing our toddler out with their free kids meal and helping to disinfect baby chair.

The cockle is superb nice. We really enjoyed very much. The clam is delicious with this cooking style. The yellowtail fish is having promotion at 50% price off, the taste is average. Probably some other diners may like it.

We've been to Putien many times and all in all they are always consistent in terms of food and service. This time round, the fried yellow croaker was a bit late to be served but our server, Lin, was polite and kept checking on dish for us. Actually all the staff are very proactive and polite. Good experience always.

Food was served promptly and they also provided a bowl of congee for my niece. Yummy food here, we ordered 3 dishes for 3 adults and a toddler and portion was just right. Ms Lin was very helpful during our meal here.

Putien really up their level. Awesome customer service especially Lin. She patiently explain to us the full menu and let us know what are the popular dishes. We ordered steam fish, clams, veg and desert and food is all good! We will come again as there are many more dishes to savour.

We went to Vivo City Putien yesterday. The foods very nice, especially the fish. We have a lady Manager that served us, her name is Grace (from her name tag). She was very patience & friendly in recommending the dashes. Her service was excellent (5-stars).
