I check Google time of closing at 11pm doesn’t match but 1030pm last order on Saturday, lucky I came in to buy the food at the right time before 1030pm, Subway please update the timing ⏱ to avoid disappointment from the customers. The good thing is this 3 male staff served all the way even for the few minutes before 1030pm and I appreciate lots, thank you very much!

Becareful with this branch . 31/05/2022 4.30pm to 5pm Brought a 1 foot bugogi chicken sandwich takeaway add on 1 cookie. Both me n mine son Kena food poisoning as we only have the 1 footer for dinner. Should had sense something fishy when saw he guy just warm the sandwich like 3 seconds. When to doctor to cfm food poisoning.

Its almost 9pm and the subway staff was very stingy with the mix greens. I told them I want mix greens the lady behind the counter gave me a stalk of rocket. I'm like ok, can I have more mix greens. She gave me another stalk of rocket. At this point I'm shocked why the person is reluctant to give mix greens at this timing, so I ask her to add on the purplish leaves. She took it a piece of it... and shred it in her hand and i believe she gave me half the leaf..... Anyone work at subway explain to me why yall stingy with veggies?

Jan 25 630pm. The maleon this duty aren't very interested in providing the things I want. They just want to clear the orders and people out of the store. I ask not to toast my bread but he toast it halfway and bring out. i ask him to redo one. He say cannot.. And the cashier dun even bother to ask to upsize or not and just tell me to pay 8 dollars. Been to many subways. This is the worst one. Lousy service. Would recommend you to go to the Jubilee outlet if u want to have a more pleasant meal.

First time ever to receive a TOTALLY toasted subway bread. If only there's a zero star rating to this.. I ordered 3 meals, the cashier din specify the cookies are for which meals when he asked for orders, hence there were so many confusion with the cookies. End up with all the wrong cookies given to me. Never coming back here ever again.

A really annoying experience. Staff did not attend to customers for more than 5 mins instead making delivery packages. Serve your walk -in customers first! After paying for the food cashier still made me wait and was packing other delivery orders,leaving me waiting for my order. Only after I insisted on being served first did they attend to my order. Find the service really lacking prices aren't really cheap here.Overall waited more than 10 mins for my order even though I was the first one in the queue.bad experience.
