There are birds inside the mall very often. The nearby carpark gantry is also faulty regularly resulting in long queue of cars exiting the carpark.

With 4 or 5 staff inside the shop n still so long Q. Management must really be sleeping. A very inefficient way to run a business. Screwed system.

Haven't been here for ages but visited recently and the toilets (even on the higher floors) are super disgusting. They are possibly one of the worst maintained in the malls around the east. I almost puked looking at the state of the toilets, poop not cleaned up properly, entire place smelling of pee. Almost can't believe this is a Frasers mall. Seriously, management has to look into this. I've been to older Frasers-managed malls which are better maintained than this one. And Eastpoint barely opened again after renovation not too long ago either. Puke.

1st visit, mall seems small but there are outer & inner stretch of shops on almost every floor. Just explore and you will know there are quite a number of eateries, cafes area.. Food court on 4th or 5th floor..
