Renovated with unique Japanese taste for that high tea and lunch with Japsnese cuisines and desserts. Love that relaxing spacious lounges well decorated for unscale high tea atmosphere and the macha latte. Nice tempura with fresh prawns. Freshly prepared healthy ingridients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and professional warm services. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

Went during dinner peak hour, felt like they were understaffed. Communication between waiters seem to be non-existent. We wanted to check if our don was coming, because the first set meal came already & we finished eating the set. Had another chawanmushi & pork belly don. Waited 15mins, checked with a staff, brought us our chawanmushi and told us nothing left on the menu. After we were done with the chawanmushi, the pork don came. Needs serious improvement. & they serve luke warm tea instead of hot oolong tea.

Have been frequenting this outlet more since they renovated. The ambience now is much nicer with brighter lightings and spacious seating. The food here is great. The must-trys are the Watami Salad, Tokachi Pork Rice, Extreme Tendon, Wafu Pizza. Kids Meal are also available here too. If you are a frequent customer, you should also join their membership at $30. Freebies include 02x$15 voucher, 10% off regular bill and 20% off total bill during birthday month.
