Haven't had Texas chicken for awhile and was thrilled to try it when I pass by. Food is so disappointingly bad. Coldslaw feels like biting on cabbage with diluted mayo . Chicken taste so bland. Even the bun is really bad . The base of it is soaked with oil or something . The first time I had it years ago was so good but now I guess the quality has dropped to a point where it's not worth eating anymore.

My husband bought 10 of these biscuits and they are the worst that we had. Taste is so dry and bland, only taste the dough, no honey at all. Why the drop in quality???

Located at 5th floor century square tampines. Texas chicken has their own signature taste, although the chicken taste abit dry, but overall still nice. Friendly staff with professional service. Definitely there is room to improve in term of food quality.

Very small outlet so the seats are pretty close together. Might prefer taking out the food instead of having it there. But overall good service from the staff here. Food is hot and fresh as well (:

Sad that they have changed their “rule”. Unable to change to thigh meat even when they have extra and I was willing to pay extra. Used to be able to get them but now they are inflexible. Did not bother to argue and would not patronise Texas from now.
