I like the small little complex of balmoral plaza, its convenient for people living in the near vacinity , can get most thinks you need for dailly living

This outlet has been here at the same spot for almost a decade. Same friendly crew to greet & serve. Food ever so good & fresh. Reasonably priced with perpetual promos.
Tuck in a Nice corner with indoor aircon & outdoor seats available. Outdoor seats best enjoyed during dinner after sunset, can get really humid in the afternoon.
Loved it and still loving it here.

Other than some restaurants and convenient store facing the street, there is pretty much nothing inside.

Place has the right balance of foodb outlets and top enrichment centres and tuition schools such as Findings and Indigo. However, car park charges are a tad high.

WAFFLE TOWN PASSED AWAY BRO 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀. But the Subway and the Coffee Bean and Tea leaf there are pretty cool. Also, the number 1 tuition centre (Mindstretcher) has an outlet there.

Great place to go to after school if you study at acs barker less than 5 minute walk got food drinks great place to hang out with your friends after school

we just visited this place a while ago.
it's not bright and quite dark.
But we were brighten by the Friendly
Ang mo Boss of Smith's Fish & chips.
Excellent light battered Codfish crisps
with Sea salted freshness.
My son's Banger & mash potatoes with chippy mashed was another superb meal.
0verall we had s foodfull time feasting
a rare British meals.

This is a really good plaza/ complex. You have various options of diners, from a subway to inter continental cuisines. The 7eleven is also really good. I remember staying at VIP hotel nearby and i used to walk past Balmoral Plaza everyday, and would stop every single time to get something from there.
