Always past by and had a chance to try it out this morning! Price for a bowl of Prawn Noodle starts from $4. Added with Pork ribs from $5.50. Overall the taste is still acceptable but I fin the broth is tad too salty instead. Nevertheless the prawn noodle is still good but no Chilli Powder for those who like to add them to the broth! Parking is quite limited along the road with some parking lots nearby!

Have always wanted to visit this prawn noodle stall in a coffeeshop as Pasir Panjang. Understand they sold out quite early in the morning therefore decided to drop by a little earlier than usual. There wasnt any queue when i was here, managed to order straight upon reaching. Price for the basic prawn noodle starts from SGD$3.50 onward. Ordered their prawn noodle with pork ribs which was SGD$5. Size of the ribs and prawns were quite mediocre. However the prawns were fresh and the ribs were quite tender. Soup is also actually not bad, quite flavourful. Overall, not really value for money. But the food's taste is acceptable.

Similar to observations by previous reviewers, the normal prawn mee got out of stock early in the morning and I was ‘forced’ to get the big prawn mee. Seems like a deliberate attempt by the seller to sell the overpriced bowls. At $7.50, there were two prawns and noodles and nothing else. Not even kang kong, pork or fish cakes. The prawns were not peeled, uncleaned and had their antennae intact (so long that they were touching the dirty table). They were also too lazy to clean cutleries and only have disposable ones for customers to use.

Dishonest stall owner. 3 words to describe my experience, Overrated, Oily, Overpriced. 1. Ordered prawn noodles (dry) - noodles taste normal, broth lacking prawn taste. They have $4/$5 but i did not specify i wanted the $5 portion, the owner replied in an arrogant tone, ya $5. 2. Fried onion was oily. 3. Portion was slightly smaller, had only 3 small prawns, few slices of lean pork. $5 could have gotten me better prawn noodle elsewhere. Be warned, try at your own risk.

Kway Teow Mee Prawn (Soup). This prawn noodle can't really compare with the famous pork and prawn based version of Beach Road, East Coast or Geylang nor can it fight Adam Road or Zion Road version of a more sweeter seafood based broth. Rather, it is its clear prawn broth with pork lard that makes it a hearty breakfast as the stall sells out usually by lunch.

Uncle who is the main cook has maintained his food standards from 7 years back. No doubt the prawn size has shrunk (probably due to rising cost), but pork rib is soft while still retaining its taste – unlike competitors who use prawn and rib for soup stock, resulting in tasteless proteins. The soup is inarguably the best (strong savoury taste) if compared to the likes of many popular prawn mee stores.

Chef is friendly, chef assistant is quirky, but if you are in your best behaviour, they will open up with good chats and recommendations. Opens as early as 5am so that the early birds will not go hungry! Fly there to satisfy your prawn noodle craving.
