Sojap Neun Eobu

This restaurant has one of the best quality meat in Tanjong Pagar and good quality side dishes. As a Korean person, I love to have BBQ there although it is a bit pricey. The only thing that could be improved is their service. All the staff are friendly but, sometimes they are too busy barbequing for customers and serving food to customers. They might forget small things you ordered and you could see them serve food and walk in a hurry which makes them look unprofessional. But, overall, worth visiting.

Equally terrible food and service. Pancake was horribly undercooked and it was the first time we had ever witnessed at a k bbq joint, both marinated and non marinated meats being mixed (almost stir fry style) on the bbq and not grilled seperately by staff. Spicy seafood soup had heat but no depth of flavour at all. Our multiple requests for a bottle of beer and a top up of kimchi fell on deaf ears - not that it stopped them from charging us for the former, till we had to stress that the Hite was never served. Utterly confused why it was crowded.

Stay away from this place. Not only it was a bad culinary and environment experience, but both me and a friend who paid there too got out bank cards frozen by our banks for dubious transactions - while the last transaction recorded was the payment for this restaurant. So they probably took our card info and tried to get more money. In my case, the bank froze my card before they could get money, but in my friend's case they left his card with $0.
