Hello, I was just at 9.49pm261 Serangoon Central Dr, #01-15, Singapore 550261
I bought a set of 3 pieces of fried chicken. When I got home, I found that there were only 2 pieces. The cashier did not give any receipt. I only remember that she charged $10++. Please let me know how to deal with it.

Very disappointed with the quality of items ordered. The food was literally cold, u can imagine how the chicken which is supposed to be hot n crispy tastes if its cold. The nuggets were tasting stale, fries were soggy. This is not the taste of kfc tat i know. Overall very disappointing. Is it the delivery issue or quality? Bye bye KFC. Texas is 1000 times better.

I have bought from this outlet twice. Both times, they missed out on items on the order. The first time, they missed out on a full meal. The second time, they missed out on a full meal and 3 portion of fries. Ridiculous. Feel very cheated.

This branch sux to the max. I went down 3 times separately during different hours to takeaway. Everytime they will ran out of their crispy chicken. What worse is the waiting period. Lest than 5 people also need to queue for at least 25 minutes. Dissapointed to the max

Everything is bad. From wrong food order till the food quality. The chicken tasted so dry and tasteless. The mashed potatoe looks like its been kept in fridge for ages. Never coming back again.
