Pizzaboy

We went there to order 2 vegetarian pizzas. First of all the guy at the counter doesn't know his products (we ask if the cheese was pasteurised as I'm pregnant and he couldn't tell us). We wait and then when it was the time to pay, he didn't apply the 50% off on the second pizza on purpose. We told him but he charge the full price very quickly just after our remark and then was really arrogant and dishonest. We didn't get a refund for the difference and then we asked for at least a voucher for next time, he said no. So there will be NO next time for us. Poor customer service from the young guy at the counter even if the cook was trying to help we will definitely not come back!

A first terrible experience. The menu mentions "2nd pizza 50% off". I order 2 pizzas and, consequently, I expect to pay half the price for the 2nd pizza (all the usual pizzerias make this type of offer). When I give my credit card and ask for the price, the guy announces full price for both pizzas. I begin to complain and he quickly charges the full amount. And explains that I should have ordered one pizza and come back later the same day!!!! This is clearly a scam. The cook was nice and tried to help but the guy at the counter was just arrogant, having no argument, only bad faith. I then explained that I would have to give them 1 star (because they are not honest)... it apparently was not a problem for them. There are many alternatives in the area, avoid this place and save your money!

The restaurant used to be very good. Ordered couple of times. I ordered online tonight but the Chicken wings are burnt (you can smell the burnt even before open the box!!). I called the restaurant and they are so nice to send me another box with a free Lava Cake. I highly appreciate the way they do. However, the 2nd box still burnt. You can see from the picture, the one on the right is the 1st delivery and the one on the left is the 2nd attempt.....sorry, i can ONLY eat the one on the top of the 2nd box.

I ordered the Napolizz pizza, and it tasted great, although there were a few things that were slightly disappointing - (1) the egg yolk had broken when it arrived and was running everywhere in the box and also into the plastic bag it came in :( (2) I wasn’t able to taste the Gorgonzola cheese, which was actually part of the reason why I ordered this pizza, but the taste of the pizza itself was nice nonetheless The calamari rings were the ones that were kind of disappointing, both in quantity and the lack of crispiness (which may have been affected due to the fact it’s delivered). In a nutshell, love the pizza (crust, toppings, their ratio) and would highly recommend it, but unfortunately not so much so for the calamari rings

Ordered a pizza gorgonzola and quattro formaggi. Gotta say - the hot clay oven baked taste was authentic! I'm not usually a fan of thinner crusts - but these were showcased the cheeses better so your mouth isn't full of dough. I would definitely order pizzas again! In fact - ordering again tonight mate!
