Waiting for an hour just for these two drinks while just pour the ready tea and milk tea into cup 🙄 standing there but the guy staff keep doing the delivery orders and ignoring us and the end take my order but not quickly make our order but continue to take ppl order. Staff quality should be improve and hire more staff because he is too SLOW!!!

LiHo has stevia option which I love! Been ordering their Earl grey milk tea with cheezo topping and also my kids favourite, Brown sugar lover. LiHo CNY cup sleeve is so festive, Heng Ong Huat!

The young lady was like having difficult understanding of both English and Chinese. So rude.

i went thr on 1st june. wanted to just get a cup
of milk tea and this middle aged lady with specs was shouting at her collegue. she was damn rude when taking my order. halfway taking my order she shouted at her collegue tat has js came bck frome the toilet. feel bad her collegue. her collegue was vry nice and polite unlike her LOL

Nice little bubble tea shop. Staffs are really knowledgeable and serve with a smile, enough though it is obvious they are slightly short handed. Preparation of drinks is quite fast and systematic. Seldom long queue is a big plus. Those who wants some sweet treats should visit here if you’re nearby!

I don’t really like to go to this outlet for Liho as the lady serving isn’t usually nice tends to raise her voice in an unfriendly tone and proceeds to take my order late and said they don’t accept cards but allows the customer behind me to use a card

The staff was extremely rude on this particular visit. It was a middle-aged bespectacled lady. Rolled her eyes when I asked for the student-priced discount and her tone was simply unacceptable. It's not the first time she has served me and every.freaking.visit I get the same sort of service from her. If you don't want to serve, let your other barista do the cashiering duties.
