Kfc

Love being allowed to order food on your app- get confirmation of said order, drive to get said order just to find out you’re closed for remodel. Now I get to call a 1800 number and figure out how to get my money back or even just getting the order moved to a different location. I love kfc but this has been a solid -2/10 experience. You guys shouldn’t even get a 1 star.

I havent been to this KFC in awhile! The food was good, but i was very disappointed that the chicken dinners no longer come with Cole slaw!! They throw in a small chocolate chip cookie instead! I'm not big on sweets & I love Cole slaw! I called them to inquire about the missing slaw and they said they changed it awhile ago. The reason being that they are trying to cater to the younger crowd!! If that's the case, they should at least have an option for the cole slaw, not substitute a cookie in its place! Not happy...

It’s KFC do you know exactly what it is you know what you’re getting it’s the same everywhere you go the one thing I will say is they typically don’t have any spicy chicken I’m not sure if that’s just something that they don’t carry in this part of the country or if they were just out every time I’ve been there. The chicken is not bad and it’s quick it’s easy and it’s a decent meal for the family. It’s a heck of a lot better than going to McDonald’s
