07-01-22 line is super slow there has been more cars the Drive off then. Car went through. Not sure if they need more hiring or people slacking.
End up driving off as well and it looks like there are people inside just slacking....
As well this location half the time is really awesome to come over. But there are times where some people that work that needs to get themselves a new job for sure because attitude and the way they work is just awful 😞. I'll try post the days that are just terrible to come.

I love eating at Taco Bell, but when I was here earlier today it didn't go very well. The food I had was either too soft or too hard. My burritos weren't even wrapped that well, and my crunch wraft, was just opened. The best part was the cherry Pepsi.

We got Taco Bell here today. Got power bowl, and rice was not cooked and it was chewy. We got crunch wrap supreme, and there really was no sauce like cheese or sour cream; plus no meat. It was like eating a tortilla with hardshell in it. Good thing I had a lot of sauce packets. Staff showed no concern and just gave me refund. The one gal there said she told him rice was not cooked, and he served it anyways.

The gentleman that took my order had his gloves on from working on the backline ...then he went back and made food. I would think as a manager he would have handle that differently. The food was good but lettuce overload. The inside was nice and clean, including the bathroom.

Pulled up and the ordering screen was not on. Ordered two Crunchwrap Supreme combo's with the guy in window number 1, Pulled up to window 2 and only received one of the drinks. The girl at the window then almost hands us someone else's order after giving us our second drink. I'm starting to think I should check my bag too. They had only put in for one combo...the guy from the first window and her both were looking at the screen to see what they put in and said oh well, you only ordered one. We didn't...we ordered two...and instead of just taking the card back and swiping it again and MAKING MY FOOD they continued to argue that it wasn't up there instead of just fixing the issue. I came here for food. >.< Now only one of us have food lol!

Won’t be back I always come thru and today I was called sir twice given issues with their card reader then finally got my card to go thru my order was completely wrong so I had to come all the way back all for one individual to have a mouth with me and say that he needed the tacos back he put the correct tacos in with the cold tacos. This is ran by a bunch of kids with zero customer service I wouldn’t recommend anymore. Not like it use to be. It was there mess up not mine

I ordered a supreme burrito and it was about 90% wrap and 10% filling. $4.50. Didn't taste that good either. Very small burrito. It was more like a kids burrito size.

Pretty good service and wait times aren't that bad I go here often and rarely do they mess up my orders maybe one item missing but nothing to be really upset about. It's average in other words.
