Ihop

Another busy Sunday afternoon at a restaurant...there's a note on door that says seating may take awhile but in all honesty it really wasn't that long. My bacon was cooked just the way I liked it so our brunch was very much a hit for our whole family. The service was good the tables weren't all cleaned off due to them being busy. I absolutely loved my french toast.

If you plan on doing anything the rest of the afternoon don’t plan on eating here. You will wait 10-15 minutes before you are even acknowledged. I understand low staffing situations, I work in them daily yet we still acknowledge our customers. Staff could noticed people piling in yet no one made an attempt in between tables to even see if we had been helped. I ordered to go and still waited 15 minutes to be helped at that point my food was cold.

Good food, but understaffed! I have been here multiple times, but the past 2 visits in past 2 weeks has been frustrating. Only 1 waitress and 1 cook in the IHOP. Literally waited (standing up and waiting for an acknowledgment that my wife and I are here. We were very patient and understand labor shortage problem, but it literally took us 2 hours from wait to sit down to eat and to pay. Much to long for a simple meal. Maybe we will try again in a year or so ... maybe management/ ownership will have this problem resolved. Food was good.

Horrible experience at this IHOP location. Waitress had us waiting 15 minutes to be seated, another 15 for our drinks and 40 minutes for the food. She also stated she couldn’t put our child in the booster seat. No one asked her to. She had an artiste the whole time and kept complaining it was a long day. Then once or food came out we asked for ketchup and syrup and it was never brought out to us. When it came time to pay she kept telling us to wait and would leave for 5 minutes a few times.
