Sharon was lovely, your chef was lovely, your lack of staff was noticeable, your food range was lacking, new food not ready to go, Yorkshire puddings were that small made aunt Bessie look big. However meat was beautiful

amazing service from our lovely waitress Sharon, she couldn’t do enough to help us and other tables nearby, even going to get my daughter some more veg whilst I fed my baby. The food was great and the chefs serving were also lovely and friendly too.

To be fair my hubby and myself tried a breakfast magic bag through the app too good to go. Very good value for money and tasty too. Staff were friendly, plenty of parking.

Lovely meal! Stunning roast potatoes! And our Waitress Sharon was amazing. Always there to replenish drinks and explained the food process perfectly! Recommending the whole family!

This is my local and I got caught up in the 50% offer last week and boy didn’t it go crazy. The place was soooo busy, queues by the door and queues by the deck but didn’t they smashed it out of the bag. The customers kept coming and the staff took everything on their chin, they’re definitely a credit to your company, you should be very proud how they handled the show. Good discount and good food, 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hard working friendly and welcoming staff. However the IT system needs immediate improvement. I visited with the promise of 50% discount on main meals on an email I received. When I came to pay the Toby Cavery APP wouldn't let me sign in. I tried multiple times to sign in and even reinstalled the app on another phone. Nothing worked. Very disappointed and I would be grateful if someone would contact me regarding this

Was SO busy on a Sunday. If you're a Meat Eater, you'll be waiting in quite a big queue to get your Sunday Roast fix. I was lucky and was ordering the Veggie Pie, so when it arrived the waitress took me round, skipping the queue the queue straight to the Veg buffet section.
All in all, a pretty decent Sunday Roast but, a little too busy and hectic for me...

The serving staff were friendly, but drinks were on the slow side
There was a long wait for a carver which you need before you can get your food
The food was generally good, but the serving area wasn't looked after well. There were Yorkshire puddings not in their dish and spills from dishes and gravy that needed cleaning.
The building is very shabby looking and isn't what you'd call inviting from the outside
There are two parking areas shared with a small hotel
