Waffle House

I arrive around 8:34PM to be serviced. My order was taken and my food was prepare. Food quality provided by the cook was good. However, my service from the waiter was not good. When I go to Waffle House I play the touch tunes music box because I enjoy listening to the music within the Waffle House establishment. However, the waiter decided to play their loud music from their phone after I had paid to listen to the music on the jukebox. Honestly, I feel like I was owed the $3.00 dollars I paid due to the fact that the jukebox music had to compete. Waffle House - please ensure the the workers are being considered to their customers - especially when listening to the jukebox since they are paying separately.

The Server was Awesome and very attentive with her service. She made sure she was accurate with refilling my coffee and my order. The care she took in my order will allow me to return here before any others in the area. I had went to the newest one in Mableton on Veteran's Memorial Hwy before you enter Atlanta...OMG The worst Customer Experience after calling for 15 minutes...coming out of Atl they did not pick up the phone and when I arrived they said the Grill was down and they were not taking any more orders. There were 3 Employees behind the counter and the server said she did not have to answer the phone when there is only one Server...But 3 Employees and just Ugly in how they handle me. My First and Last Time there...👸🏽

A cozy little Waffle House ducked off in the corner you would pass it if you wasn't paying attention driving. Very clean and customer-friendly, immediately upon being seated my order was taken and my food came out and no less than 15 minutes hot and fresh. So if I'm ever in this area again and have a craving or taste for Waffle House I would definitely stop back
