Hibachi Express

The customer service at this establishment is absolutely deplorable. I placed an order over the phone for pickup; this process was not smooth as the person who took my order had an obnoxious tone. After picking up my order the taste was extremely off-putting so I opted to exchange it for a similar item. Following my complaint I was immediately given the requested order with attitude from the girl at the drive thru. I specifically asked for the order to be remade which it wasn’t (the new order came out in less than a minute). I didn’t feel comfortable having the order remade again so I received a refund. Through the refund process an older male appeared and he displayed disdain in response to my presence. I used to frequent this establishment and never experienced any problems. My recent visit will not allow me to return. If you are going to open a business and serve all people at-least be a functional human being with proper etiquette.

Meh, nothing special. The fries rice was bland, I almost wouldn't even call it fried rice. The drive thru was fast and they were friendly. The chicken and shrimp were pretty good. The reason I like Japanese food is for consistency. The fries rice was off and the yum yum sauce didn't seem right either. My mom actually called me the next day to apologize for the food. I didn't think it was horrible, but it wasn't great.
