Mcdonald's

So I was just here at the drive through a few minutes ago, and I think I accidentally cut another car in line. I paid for that car's food and asked the employees if they were sure we got the right food orders. One of them said yes. So I drove away and started to eat. I realized it was in fact not the right food order. So I went inside to grab mine. I couldn't return the food because I already touched it and that would just be gross. I drove away again, but I noticed the other driver also had to go in and get the food. So now I have her receipt and her food. I hope she doesn't have to pay! Dear Driver, I'm so sorry! I sincerely tried to make sure you were good. Dear McDonald's, please try harder. I made it a point to make sure we got the right orders. You should do the same.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I stopped at the McDonald's at 3260 S Cobb Dr. in Smyrna, Ga. I ordered a Big Mac meal but got a McRib meal. I didn't look at my receipt when I paid for it but I know what I ordered. The fries were supposed to be no salt then I got the free McFlurry and they charged me for xtra oreo topping which I never asked for. Sweet tea was supposed to be light ice but was full of ice. Was on the way to do hair so I stopped there. I tried calling but phone just rang then beeping. I threw the food away. Went back by there hours later on my way home and explained what happened. She asked me where was the food. I told her in was hours ago and with covid going on I didn't think they wanted it back but I guess I was wrong. She said they needed that food back. I told her to give me my receipt and I left. I will never ever patronize that filty store again. It was about 1am in the morning. Would I stop to scam them out of a meal that late. SMH... I just wanted my Big Mac meal I ordered.

I shop here often! It's near work. Was kind of disappointed as a couple of times I didn't receive certain products. But unfortunately I was on my way to work so by the time I figured that out I was already at work. Double check your bags before you pull off. Otherwise great customer service and not many issues coming out of this store.
